Hi! Tim Stutts here. I am a multifaceted design leader drawn to challenges involving interaction, input, user experience, prototyping, sensory feedback, systems design, data visualization and spatial computing. I am an ethical technologist who values data-driven user research, privacy and inclusive design. I’ve helped ship a number of products, including the IBM Watson cognitive computing platform and the Magic Leap One mixed reality device. Historically I’ve also worked on next generation applications and experiences, with companies including Honda, Electronic Arts, Oblong Industries, Google, Fiat, Disney, Wired Magazine, Disney, and Microsoft. I have experience guiding and project managing the efforts of small design teams to solve complex challenges. I currently serve as Director of Product Design at Faceware, a leading developer of facial motion capture software and hardware.
Outside of work I am a family person, storied traveler, and occasional electronic musician living just north of Miami. I have previously resided in Austin, Barcelona, San Francisco, New York and Los Angeles.
